Dispatch times
Greeting Cards and Gift Bags are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
Mugs, Tumblers, Cushions, Treat Tins and Baby Clothing are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK delivery
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery options. The delivery option and cost available to you will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on the products in your order.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during busy periods or where Royal Mail experiences delays.

If your order contains products that need to be sent separately, more than one parcel may be used.
